We all have them, don't worry. The range from minor to problematic. But they all have one thing in common. They can be overcome. Below is a list of steps to follow to overcome any mental block you mat have.
I will use the example of a mental block that distance effects psi.
1. Identify your problem: You think distance affects psi.
2. Study up and find out the truth: Distance does not affect psi.
3. Apply one of the methods below to get over your block.
Methods for the Removal of Mental Blocks
Okay, you have your problem (Distance affecting psi) and you know the truth (It does not) so not you need to get the message to your subconcious mind (sub-c). There are a variety of methods that can be used...
Meditate every day and tell yourself the truth many times.
Example: "Distance does not effect psi. Distance does not effect psi. Distance does not effect psi...."
2. External Verifaction
For some people, hearing others say it is enough. So listen to others experiances with it to help you overcome your block. This is best used in combination with other methods.
1. Conting your Sub-c
The third way is to contact your sub-c and tell it the truth. For some this is extremely hard, for others it is easy. It varies greatly from person to person. The way I did it was creating a construct with a personifaction of my sub-c and a telepathic link to me. This enabled me to speak telepathically with my sub-c.
For those who are not able to make a construct like that, deep meditation is an alternative. When your are meditating very, very deeply, it is possibly to speak with your sub-c. Although it may not be verbally. From what I have heard, more often than not it communicates with images that are of importance to you. This also is different for different people as well. So do not let someone elses expereiance with this give you preconcieved notions on the workings of your mind.
Yes all good things must end... So there you have it. You now know how to realize your faults and annihlate them. (Just like fluff...) So use your newfound power of knowldege to remove any mental blocks you have now...
